PhantomServers services are provisioned immediately after purchase. Because server resources are reserved and deployed at that time, services are generally non-refundable once deployment has occurred.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a duplicate charge, please contact us within 72 hours of the transaction. Verified billing errors may be refunded at our discretion.
If a service cannot be delivered due to a technical issue on our infrastructure and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
You may cancel your service at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for past charges.
